Coriander, chilli & ginger spiced coconut chicken breasts.
Vintage cheddar cheeseburgers with tomato chilli jam.
Pork & leek sausages served with apple, sage & onion chutney.

Cod fillets marinated with chilli, ginger, lime & coriander .
Tiger prawn skewers marinated in garlic & lemon butter .
Salmon fillets with a Cajun, honey and soy marinade.
Squid marinated in a lemon parsley butter.


Portobello mushroom & tarragon burger.
Grilled halloumi cheese & bell pepper skewers marinated in herby olive oil.


Jeweled couscous with fresh pomegranate, summer herbs & nasturtium flowers.
New potato & green bean salad dressed with lemon thyme oil. Crushed new & sweet potato salad with roasted balsamic onions. Penne pasta tossed in a tomato reduction with baby artichokes, black olives & basil.
Roasted Mediterranean vegetables, buffalo mozzarella balls & herb olive oil.
Beef tomato & mozzarella salad with balsamic glaze topped with fresh baby basil.
Baby leaf salad with shaved parmesan & balsamic dressing Traditional homemade coleslaw.
Fresh cucumber, mint & yoghurt .

€45 per head including 2 bottles of wine. Additional bottles of wine or champagne available by request.

A surcharge of €95 for 1 chef & 1 waitress for 3 hours.
